A zero would be more appropriate. Attempted to come in scheduled my son online 2 hours before we went in waited 45 minutes because some random person came in who wasn't on the list who wanted a really complicated haircut they don't even do a (female by the way) at which point she left and came back and they still took her ahead of us. I don't know why I ever bother coming here the management needs to contact me I am livid I will be calling corporate

It was awful she was rough and very rude I don’t remember her name but I did not leave any tips it was a black girl with curly hair
