This used to be a great store with amazing stylists. Until they all quit

Customer service was great when I walked in. Pebbles the stylist she was was caring took her time and did how I liked it. She always kept it positive and the conversation going while I was getting a haircut which was cool. Great job!!!

This hair cut was horrible. I usually come here happy and leave happy but today I came in happy and left mad and disappointed. I showed the lady a clear picture of what I wanted. A zero medium fade and she gave me a straight bowl cut looking fade. It was a straight 0 to 2 and that didn’t look good I tried telling her to fade it into the 1 but she didn’t. She was then going off about how she coughs and it leads her to throwing up. What a disaster. I will never look at sport clips the same . I’m very disappointed and now I look dumb and feel embarrassed because of my hair. please help . 951-426-8977. Or contact me at bshaw6643@icloud.com
